Selecting marble slabs for a hotel, commercial building, residential development or public project requires more than choosing an attractive stone from a small sample. Large-scale projects need sufficient material availability, controlled color variation, appropriate slab dimensions, coordinated vein patterns and a production schedule aligned with installation.

A marble that performs well in a private residence may also be suitable for a commercial project, but the selection and approval process must be more comprehensive.
